This 63-hour sales associate pre-licensing course is the first step toward a Florida real estate career! Taught by a licensed, active Broker, in approximately 1 month you will have completed your pre-licensing class and be ready to begin your New Career!

Florida Real Estate Sales Associate Licensing Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- Complete our state-approved 63-hour course and pass the Course Final Exam
- Submit electronic fingerprints for a background check
- Complete a license application with DBPR
- Take and pass the State Exam

Let's Learn More! Steps Involved:
Step 1 Education: Complete the classes in our accredited 63 hour Pre-Licensing Course, approved by the state of Florida.
Step 2: Course Exam. At the end of the 63 hour Pre-Licensing Course, you must pass the Course Exam consisting of 100 multiple choice questions.
Step 3: State Application for Real Estate Licensure:
You must file an application for your license and pay the application fee with The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) Click here for application
STEP 4: Fingerprinting DBPR will require you to immediately get finger printed through a service provider registered with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) as part of a background check.
STEP 5: Take and Pass the State License Exam Fast forward! Once you’ve passed the course exam, and DBPR approves your application, you become "Exam Eligible"! Now you can schedule your State of Florida Licensing Exam, again 100 multiple choice questions. This can be scheduled at state testing facility such as Pierson Vue. Click Here
Congratulations! You passed your State Exam!
STEP 6: You are a real estate sales agent! You need to set up interviews with several Brokerage Recruiters. You can decide which brokerage offers guidance that best fits your needs around training, sales, and listings to launch your new business!
